How do I register an account and confirm my e-mail address?
Create an account in the app with your e-mail address and a password. You will then receive a verification e-mail; confirm the link in it to activate your account.
How do I sign in, and how do I enable two-factor authentication?
You sign in with your e-mail and password. You can enable optional two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional security.
How do I create a household and invite members?
Create a household with a name and invite additional members. You can assign each member a role that determines their permissions within the household.
How do I record accounts, transactions, categories and payees?
In the finance area you create accounts and record transactions for them. Assign transactions to categories (for income and expenses) and payees to structure your household bookkeeping.
How do I change language, time zone and date format?
You can change language, time zone and date format at any time in the settings. The app is available in German, English, French and Italian.
How do I take out a premium subscription or cancel it?
You take out the premium subscription through our payment provider Stripe. You manage and cancel your subscription in the settings.
How do I delete my account or my household?
You can delete your user account in the settings by confirming your password. You can also delete a household; the deletion offers an option to undo it.
